This unusual and unique piece of memorabilia measures 2.5" long x 2" wide with a bail and locking pinstem on the back, marked 925 sterling silver and imprinted "NINTH VAN CLIBURN INTERNATIONAL PIANO COMPETITION" on the back ~this competition took place in 1993.  The modernist design is handcrafted and is a rendering in silver of the contemporary art work used for the posters and programs for the event...last photo shows the event poster for reference.  Impressive and unique!  In very good, handcrafted, uncleaned, pre-owned condition; silver tarnished, bends to the working pinstem.  Weighs a hefty 47.9g.
