All three pieces are offered together. The Charles L. Sommers Wilderness Canoe Base B.S.A. Decal is approximately three and a quarter inches in diameter and is in excellent condition. The paper back has never been removed, therefore it is in new condition. I would call it NOS, or " New Old Stock". The same is true for both patches.
